Central Coast resort community, Trilogy at Monarch Dunes, is inviting the public to the Grand Opening of two new model homes from its Playas Collection: The Carmel and The Rincon. 

The public is invited to guided tours of the new models on September 10 from noon to 2 p.m. at 1640 Trilogy Parkway in Nipomo. Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP to the community at 1-800-685-6494.

With 10-foot ceilings and plenty of windows, the two additions to the Playas Collection homes are designed to offer room for the whole family to enjoy hobbies, exercise, and entertainment. Both new designs offer two or three bedrooms, and the spacious and distinct casita option. Other Playas home features include a den, gathering area, and home theater room.

Trilogy at Monarch Dunes not only offers Shea Certified Green homes, but also houses the only all-inclusive resort on the Central Coast, The Monarch Club.
